Since 1989, Kelly-Lee Mansi, PCC has been partnering with Executives and their organizations to help them achieve business and personal success through coaching, speaking, training and facilitation. Her coaching success stories and expertise on leadership presence have been showcased in many publications including the National Post, Metro News and industry trade magazines such as the Insurance Journal.
Over the years, Kelly-Lee's insightful coaching has empowered and revitalized careers for executives and professionals at major Fortune 500 companies including those in the energy, telecommunications, insurance, financial services, pharmaceutical, consulting, utility, research and development, consumer products, high tech, printing, bio-medical, non-profit service, agricultural, real estate development, food and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to her Executive Coaching Career, Kelly-Lee held Executive roles in both Finance and Organizational Development. Kelly-Lee had a successful Finance Career rising to Controllership in a $112 million international organization by age 24 and by age 29 Kelly-Lee was chosen to be one of 4 facilitators in a de-merger engagement of a 1.2 billion global organization.
Kelly-Lee gained extensive experience as an Executive Coach and Change Management/OD Consultant working for global organizations in roles involving strategic change management, inspiring and coaching from the Board to Line Management level helping them to realign their strategies and individual performance in response to global challenges.
In addition, Kelly-Lee has extensive experience facilitating, merging and shifting organizational cultures at their deepest level which encompassed: core value alignment, core competency development, leadership coaching, on-boarding, high performance team development, and international expatriate on-boarding. She is also a Certified Facilitator of many methodologies: Organizational and Individual Core Competency Development, Strategic Planning Processes, High Performance Teams, Process Re-engineering (Six Sigma), Balanced Score Card, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), 360 Degree Feedback, DDI - Behavioral Interviewing to name a few.
Kelly-Lee holds the prestigious Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and received her training as an Executive and Business Coach from the International Coach Academy in Australia; the first virtual Global Coach Training School! Kelly-Lee is also certified as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPAO).
Committed to life long learning, Kelly-Lee is scheduled to attend Board of Director College. Her Combined Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Labour Studies is from McMaster University.
Kelly-Lee served on the ICF Toronto-GTA Chartered Chapter Board of Directors and as a former member of the International Certification Expert Panel for the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She is also a member of the Drake Beam Morin's (DBM) Executive Coaching Team, Canadian Management Center's (CMC) Corporate Coaching Team and David Rock’s (Author of Quiet Leadership) Platinum Global Executive Coaching Team.
